Love my church….Lawndale Baptist Church is teaching people to become disciples of Christ; establishing relationships with Jesus. Definitely Biblical Teachings of the Bible. Love Pastor Rodney, First Lady, and Pastoral staff and leadership teams. You are making a difference! ❤️❤️

I appreciate the food that was shared with me when it was needed. I really appreciate this ! However, when I asked about gas for the car , I was told no. I understand this as well. What I don’t understand, is when someone needs help and you are looked at in a strange manner I don’t understand why. I mentioned I needed gas / was inquiring about someone putting gas in my car- I wasn’t asking for money. My late Dad was a Pastor for 44 years before his death. I can’t see my Dad turning a person away. It doesn’t look good for your church or for anyone professing Christianity. If you are unable to help, that’s ok- but can you not try to find someone to assist in this matter? The Bible says the opposite. I have visited your church in the past because your Pastor is wonderful! After this incident , I most likely will not be returning for anything . Offended me greatly ! Just didn’t understand. I first visited this church over 18 years ago. My wife and I were looking for a place where our children could learn and grow in a safe environment. We were impressed how well the children's department was ran. To be honest I was overwhelmed by the number of people, and the 7 pastors on staff. It did not take long to witness all the many different ministry for all ages. Today my kids are grown and moved on to another church to worship. I realized we all are one thought or action away from hindering Gods work. When you have a position environment where the people sincerely want to bless those around them, we realize we are all in the same boat. And a kind words can change a life forever. I have nothing negitive to say and look forward attending church every week. God is good!

There is a service on Sunday morning at 9 and then one at 10:45 am. Ver nice people, the music is very good. The pastor is funny and very well spoken and you can tell he is genuine in what he preaches. A true believer in God an Jesus Christ.

I attended the funeral of a dear friend and the service was wonderful and very moving. I would recommend this Church to all families. I am sure they would have something you could enjoy and experience the fellowship of other Christian's.

After being a part of this place for more than a decade, I will no longer be staying with this church...staff changes have brought nothing but political and image issues...they clearly have lost focus on the reasons why people attend such places.. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone and Agape are clearly pushed aside for the collection plate and snobbery
